Norm Williams  |  PRESIDENT, CEO
Norm Williams took over as CEO of Capton in late 2011 with the vision to build an important company, focusing on a large problem in the hospitality segment. During his distinguished career he has taken several global sales organizations from under $20MM in revenue per year to well over $100MM within a short timeframe. Including startup, high-growth and mature hardware, software and services companies. As CEO of Island Data Corporation, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company he grew revenue sevenfold during his first full year and later engineered a sale to LivePerson (LPSN). Previously Norm was part of the founding sales team at Conner Peripherals, a Fortune 500 company that specialized in small form factor hard disk drives. During his tenure at Conner, the company was recognized as the fastest growing manufacturing startup in U.S. history, achieving Fortune 500 status in its third year of operation. Prior to Conner, Norm held various positions at Seagate (STX). In addition to his corporate achievements, Norm has been a guest speaker numerous times at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business, EMBA program. He earned his BA degree in Economics from UCLA. He also earned a graduate certificate from the AEA - Stanford University Executive Institute for Management of High Technology Companies. He is married with three children.

Chuck Brower  |  CTO
Chuck brings over 30 years experience in technology development, from concept through manufacture, for successful, high-growth companies, including Lantronix, Iomega, Aubrey Group.

Greg Newman  |  MARKETING
Gregory Newman has over 20 years experience as marketing and operations executive, with over a decade running an advertising agency specializing in fast-growing technology clients such as JVC, Vision Solutions, Emulex, CMS Peripherals, Rainbow Technologies, Alpine Electronics, and others. He started his career as a freelance advertising copywriter and illustrator serving national agencies such as Alcone, Chiat Day, dGWB, DMB&B, Foote, Cone & Belding, and clients such as Proctor & Gamble and Kellogg’s. Greg holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a J.D. from Chapman University School of Law. He is an active member of the California State Bar.

Martin Arenas  |  INFRASTRUCTURE
Martin is a technology problem solver: firewalls, routers, switches, email... anything through which data flows. Martin began working with computers in 1984. He has managed customer support operations, and a parts and repair center for a computer services company. He was a Senior Service/Support Engineer for Online Connecting Point (now Salesforce), and office and provided support for WMC Direct (acquired by GE Financial). Later he took over network management and user support for Syncata/Snap-on Business Solutions (acquired by Snap-on Tools). And when Sperry Van Ness commercial real estate advisors outsourced its IT department, Martin took over management of its operation, moving the data center to Rackspace virtual machines and coordinating the efforts of an Indian IT services team.

Sean Hudson  |  CLIENT SERVICES
Sean Hudson excels in developing and leading Services, Sales and IT organizations for profitability and growth. He is highly adept at managing technical and management resources through large projects, corporate change and competitive markets, and has developed and negotiated all aspects of the customer and business partner relationship. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from East Central University, Ada, Oklahoma.
